Spellit is a spelling bee practice app intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app or its word content without our written permission.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Spellit offers a free daily practice mode with no account required. Free features may change at any time.
Spellit's word list is sourced from Merriam-Webster and other public references. We make no guarantee that every word, definition, or etymology is error-free. If you spot a mistake, please let us know at hello@spellitapp.com.
Spellit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or any specific features.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quinnterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Spellit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Quinnterprises LLC is registered.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Spellit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
